VIDEO: 9 foot white shark eaten by a megalodon?

Few months ago, a team of Australian marine biologists tagged a 9 foot female white shark they dubbed “Alpha One,” as part of a tracking program to study the species.

Four months later, a beach comber found shark’s tagging device and returned it to the biologists.

The data on the device revealed that something really big had eaten the white shark; was a megalodon?

NEWS: caught giant 1.379 pounds tiger shark

An huge tiger shark weighing 1,379 pounds
- 624.5 kilos pounds and measuring nearly 14 feet was caught this past Tuesday by an angler who does not want his name or the location of the catch revealed.

This incredible photo was posted on the "Dark Side Sharkers" Facebook page, where it was listed as a “pending world record” for 30-pound-test line.
